The HomeWatchers took excellent care of our home for two months last summer. They were incredibly reliable, checking in with us and quickly responding to unanticipated requests. They notified us immediately of any issues with our house or mail. I trust Homewatchers completely with our keys and passcodes.  Homewatchers is truly a family business,  taking their reputation seriously and completing the tasks as promised.  I would use them again in a heartbeat.

It is our experience that they provide exceptional service including attention to detail with a personal touch, a willingness to take on extra tasks, and great communications through periodic updates. We feel safe having our home in their hands while we are away.

Rick and I own a home in Oro Valley. We are seasonal residents here in Arizona and last year we were looking for someone to check on the house occasionally and perform routine maintenance tasks such as running the water in the sinks, tubs and toilets, running the washing machine and dishwasher to keep the parts from drying out, checking the house inside and out for anything that might look to be a potential problem, etc.

I ran across an ad for the HomeWatchers in our local paper and decided to give them a call. Lisa came to my home for an interview and as soon as I met her I knew she and her husband Ryan were going to be exactly who and what we were looking for. Being from the Midwest, as we are, I knew her work ethic would be good and I knew by talking with her that she was very responsible. We weren’t disappointed.

Once a month, Lisa would come to our home and perform all of the tasks asked of her and more. There were a couple of occasions when she was aware of situations that she perceived as a possible danger to the property and she took steps, after contacting us, to remedy the situations. After each visit, Lisa would e-mail us with the date of her visit and her findings. We were very comfortable knowing that our winter home was being looked after by someone so caring and responsible.

We would highly recommend Lisa and Ryan and feel that they far exceed their “call of duty” and perform their job admirably besides being very nice people! We are very happy with the HomeWatchers!

Lisa and Ryan of the HomeWatchers, are very reliable and dependable. My husband and I felt very confident having them watch our home while we were away for the summer. Lisa even went out of her way to take photos of a trellis that was installed after we left town. She e-mailed me the photos so I could see how the trellis looked in our courtyard. We highly recommend their services.

Thank you for doing such a fine job this past summer while we were gone for two months. I know the monsoon season was more severe than usual and we appreciate your making sure our house was secure after each storm, going above and beyond the weekly visit we had initially agreed upon.
